Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Good Gifting website or purchase products from us.

About us

Good Gifting is an online retailer providing a curated selection of gifts and lifestyle products.

Our full business and contact information is available within the Contact Information section of our website.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, we are unable to obtain payment, we cannot fulfil the order, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charge, will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution or refund.

Third-party fulfilment

Some Good Gifting products may be stored, packed or dispatched on our behalf by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners.

Your purchase remains with Good Gifting and using a fulfilment partner does not reduce your consumer rights.

Delivery

Delivery information and estimated timescales are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellations

Your rights to cancel an order, make a return or request a refund are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made as a consumer.

Website use

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The terms applicable to an order will be those in effect when the order was placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
